Certificate for Bankruptcy Administrator

Cilj: The purpose of this procedure is to allow candidates to prove through a certificate that they have passed the exam for Bankruptcy Administrators

Opis: Following the announcement for application by the Ministry of Justice, candidates must submit necessary documentation in order to undergo Bankruptcy Administrator examination. The relevant Department in the Ministry of Justice, once it checks the documentation, shall prepare the Decision for candidates who are eligible to undergo the examination. Candidates who successfully pas the written and oral exam, after being confirmed by the Committee, will receive the Bankruptcy Administrator Certificate. The Certificate on passing the exam is signed by the Chairperson and the Secretary of the Committee.

Punovaznost dozvola: Certificate is issued for an indefinite period.

Antihemiski organ: Complaints review committee

Rok zalbe: 3 days

  • Type and level of professional qualifications;
  • Information on work experience.
